Siobhan graduated from RGU with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy in July 2014, and started working for NHS Grampian in the August 2014. Siobhan has gained lots of experience in both musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, and is now working as a band 6 Physiotherapist. We were pleased to welcome Siobhan to teamSPEAR in April 2016. She continues to work for NHS Grampian during the day and works an evening clinic at SPEAR on a Tuesday, at Aberdeen Sports Village. Siobhan also practises acupuncture which is a great asset to the team, and assists with pitchside cover for AFC Youth Academy at weekends.

Siobhan’s passion for Pilates started in July 2015 when she completed an APPI Matwork Level 1 Pilates course. She very quickly went on to complete her APPI Matwork Level 2 Pilates course in January 2016, and then gained some class experience in Pilates before starting her own Pilates classes at SPEAR in Summer 2016. Siobhan is an integral member of our Pilates team and teaches 2 Pilates classes at SPEAR on a Thursday evening at Aberdeen Sports Village.

Outwith clinic Siobhan enjoys going to gym and Pilates classes to keep herself fit. She has a keen interest in Pilates rehabilitation seeing the benefits herself after previously suffering from low back pain.
