Lisa graduated from Robert Gordon University in 2014 with a BSc Hons
physiotherapy. During her time at university she also completed a
diploma in sports massage and a qualification in strength and
conditioning. She used this to work within the Scottish Rugby union
before transitioning into physiotherapy based practice.
As well as focussing on injury rehabilitation she has a keen interest in
injury prevention focussing on exercise and education to improve
performance, combining both her strength and conditioning qualification
and her physiotherapy degree to offer a personalised approach.
Lisa used to participate in athletics as a sprinter and after retiring
as a result of injury is a keen sports person who enjoys helping others
achieve their goals.
