Classes run by Chartered Physiotherapists
Working with others as part of a class can be motivating, and has social as well as physical benefits. We have an ever expanding number of Pilates classes at both Aberdeen Sports Village and Westhill with a range of days and times across the week. We run NeuroPilates classes for people that have neurological or more complex physical conditions that need a slightly different approach, and also provide physiotherapy input for StepAhead Aberdeen to run classes for stroke survivors. During the winter, we run golf fitness classes at The Paul Lawrie Golf Centre to help avid golfers get in shape for the forthcoming season.
