Chartered means we are all members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and are members of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). We have strict standards of professional practice we adhere to as we ensure we are operating in a safe, professional, and effective way. This includes operating to all COVID-19 safety measures.
We accept most health insurance policies. Please call or email the clinic to check what information we require from you to use your insurance.
There is free car parking including disabled parking outside all our locations. All our clinics are wheelchair accessible, and all our clinics have disabled toilets.
You can pay using cash or card. We have card machines at all our clinics.
Please bring shorts with you if you have a lower limb problem so we can assess it fully. If you have a shoulder/back issue we will need to ask you to remove your top so we can examine the area fully. Females may want to wear a vest top.
