Karen Young
- Partner in the practice.
- Graduated in 1998 with a First Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy.
- 5 years experience in the NHS.
- Lectured Physiotherapy at The Robert Gordon University for 4 years and continues to lecture on an ad hoc basis.
- In 2004, Karen was appointed Physiotherapist for the Scottish National junior golf squads, and in 2005 was appointed Lead Golf Physiotherapist for the Scottish Institute of Sport, co-ordinating and providing physiotherapy for the male and female Scottish National golf squads.
- Karen became Physiotherapy co-ordinator for the Grampian Institute of Sport in 2008.
- Provides consultancy in Golf physiotherapy around the UK to elite amateurs and world class professional.
- Karen also works with the Scotland Cricket team and the Athletics Development Unit at Aberdeen Sports Village
Specialises in: Sports performance profiling, biomechanical analysis and Sports Rehabilitation
Lesley Steele
- Partner in the Practice.
- Graduated in 1998 with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy.
- Also works par-time as a Senior Neurological Physiotherapist in the NHS with extensive experience.
- Worked in private practice since 2001 treating clients with neurological deficits (stroke, MS and brain injury).
Special Interests - neurological rehabilitation.
Julie Campbell
- Junior Partner in the Practice
- Graduated in 2000 with a Second Class Upper Division Honours Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Has 6 years experience working within the NHS.
- Currently in full time Private Practice with Banks O' Dee and SPEAR Physiotherapy.
- Head Physiotherapist to AGSFP's Rugby Club, providing pitch side physiotherapy and rehabilitation to the team since 1998.
- Works with Boxing, Judo, Rugby and Wrestling athletes within the Grampian Institute of Sport
- Involved in supporting the Scottish Institute of Sport National Judo Squad at events home and abroad.
- Developed and delivers "Strapping for Sport" course to new graduates & coaches to facilitate a pathway in to the sporting setting.
Special interests: Acute Trauma, Orthopaedic and Sports Rehabilitation
Ruth Madill 
- Graduate in 2005 with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy First Class
- Three years experience in the NHS
- Works full time between Banks O' Dee and SPEAR Clinics
- Works with Aberdeen University Sports Bursars and assists Julie with Aberdeen Grammar Rugby pitch side physiotherapy

Victoria Park
- Graduated in 1991 with a BSc Physiotherapy
- 14 years experience in NHS

- Works evenings at Banks O' Dee and lectures part-time at the Robert Gordon University
Joanne Davidson
- Graduated in 1999 with a BSc(Hons) in Physiotherapy
- Works full time in NHS where Joanne is a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
- Works evenings and provides home visits at Banks O' Dee Physiotherapy

Liz Lockhart
- Admin Assistant
- Works at SPEAR Physiotherapy making appointments and keeping the SPEAR clinic in smooth working order
- She is the friendly voice at the end of the phone
Emma Tran - Administrator
- Currently studying Diagnostic Radiography at the Robert Gordon University.
- Works hard at the clinic to organise the team and clinic to keep us all in order.
