SPEAR Sports Injury and Physiotherapy promote an active lifestyle and our aim is to keep our clients moving, this Movember we are supporting the men’s health fundraiser and have set a target to raise money and promote an active lifestyle. Move more!

The benefits of physical activity are well documented and even a small amount of increased movement can benefit your mental and physical health.

This Movember, #teamSPEAR are supporting the cause by pledging to move more – walks at lunchtime, increased distance with training (running, cycling or swimming) and looking to try out new activities. Over the month of Movember we aim to move as far down South as possible, each week we will share the distance covered via our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/SPEARSportsInjuryClinic/ and look to get our clients involved too!

SPEAR clients, friends and family can join the physiotherapy team in the move more Movember challenge by sharing your distance covered each week (walking, running, cycling or swimming) and donating to Movember through our fundraising page mosista.co/spearaberdeenmovemore
